6-month results guarantee for Lash and Brow Maximizer
Our Lash Maximizer and Brow Maximizer also include a separate six-month results guarantee. If you are not seeing results after using the serum as directed, contact us within six months of delivery. We will first help you get the most from your routine. If that does not help, we will refund the price you paid for the product.

How to make a claim
- Email post@iglow.me with your order number and tell us which product you tried.
- Briefly explain why the product was not right for you. For a damaged or incorrect item, please include photos.
- We will confirm the next steps and let you know if the product needs to be returned.
Important information
The satisfaction guarantee allows one refund per product per customer. It does not cover products that have been fully used, misuse, accidental damage, repeated claims or abuse. Gift cards and free gifts are excluded. Original and return shipping are not refunded under this voluntary guarantee unless required by law.
