We want you to feel completely confident when choosing iGlow. That is why every product purchased directly from iGlow Cosmetics is covered by our 100-day satisfaction guarantee.
100-day satisfaction guarantee on all products
Our 100-day satisfaction guarantee is our own voluntary promise, on top of your statutory rights. You may open the product and try it at home. If it is not right for you, contact us at post@iglow.me within 100 days of delivery and we will give you a gift card for the price you paid for that product. You do not need to send the product back. The guarantee applies once per product per customer and does not cover products that have been fully used, misuse, accidental damage, gift cards or free gifts.

How to make a claim
- Email post@iglow.me with your order number and tell us which product you tried.
- Briefly explain why the product was not right for you. For a damaged or incorrect item, please include photos.
- You do not need to send the product back.
Important information
Orders placed before 23 September 2026 keep the guarantee terms that applied when you placed your order.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
